A fast-growing Indian home services startup, Snabbit, has raised $56 million in a Series D funding round, as investor interest in the country’s on-demand services sector accelerates.

The round was co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, Mirae Asset Venture Investments’ Unicorn Growth Fund and Bertelsmann India Investments, while existing investors Nexus Venture Partners and Lightspeed also participated. FJ Labs joined as a new investor.

The funding values the startup at around $350 million to $400 million, according to the Moneycontrol report.

The new capital would be used to expand into additional cities, deepen its presence in current markets, and strengthen its technology and operations, Snabbit said.

Founded in 2024, the has rapidly scaled its operations, raising four rounds of funding in roughly 15 months. Its total funding has now surpassed $112 million.

The platform connects users with service professionals for routine household tasks, operating a hyperlocal model designed to deliver services quickly. It is currently active in cities including Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Hyderabad and Bengaluru.

It now completes more than 40,000 jobs a day, a sharp rise from just 400 daily a year earlier. It has crossed one million monthly jobs and operates across 140 micro-markets, supported by a network of around 15,000 service professionals, the startup said.

All of its service professionals are women, positioning itself as both a convenience platform and a source of employment, it said.

The rapid growth reflects wider momentum in India’s instant home services market. A recent note by Morgan Stanley estimated that combined monthly active users across Urban Company, Snabbit and Pronto exceeded 10.4 million in March.

Urban Company remained the largest player with 6.5 million users, followed by Pronto at 2.7 million and Snabbit at 1.2 million, the report said.

The same analysis suggested Snabbit accounted for 26% of category app downloads in March, compared with 43% for Pronto and 31% for Urban Company.
