She Jumped from Her Home to Escape Robbery, Rejected at Hospital Before Passing- Details Emerge on Death of Arise News TV Anchor Somtochukwu Christelle

New details have emerged about the tragic death of Arise TV anchor, Somtochukwu Christelle Maduagwu, following a robbery attack at her residence in Katampe, Abuja.

Her colleague, Ojy, revealed that Christelle lost her life while trying to escape from the armed robbers. According to Ojy, Christelle jumped in an attempt to flee and sustained severe injuries.

“She was still alive after the fall,” Ojy explained, adding that Christelle was rushed to a nearby hospital. However, in a heartbreaking twist, she was allegedly denied treatment because hospital staff demanded a police report before attending to her, despite her critical condition.

She later passed away from her injuries.
