A Nigerian man has left many talking online after he jumped on viral ‘Ashoka’ trend on TikTok.

The song “San Sanana” from the Bollywood film Asoka, sung by Alka Yagnik, has become a new obsession for content creators worldwide, showing how some trends take on a life of their own.

In the challenge, creators style themselves with Indian bridal hair, makeup and clothing in sync with the song.

However, a recent video caused buzz online as it captured the young man recreating the viral ‘Ashoka’ trend.

In the video, he was seen in a female dress, rocking a wig as he showed off his make up skills while singing along with the song.

The switch-up video showed the man in a burnt orange Indian sari with make up fixed on his face.
