Real Estate General Authority has announced the launch of a new phase of title registration procedures covering 58,531 real estate units across Qassim, Tabuk, and Madinah regions, running from June 7 until September 10, 2026, as part of its ongoing efforts to modernize the Kingdom’s real estate ecosystem and strengthen transparency and reliability within the sector.

According to the authority, the current phase includes several districts and governorates in Qassim Region, including parts of Al Narjis, Granada, and Al Rayyan neighborhoods in Al Rass Governorate, as well as Al Iskan, Al Nuzha, Al Rawabi, Al Majd, Al Nakhil, Al Manar, Al Shifa, and Industrial District neighborhoods in Al Dulaymiyah Governorate, in addition to selected properties in Riyadh Al Khabra.

In Tabuk Region, the registration process will cover a wide range of neighborhoods in Umluj, Haql, and Duba governorates, supporting the development of a comprehensive real estate database aimed at improving property services and streamlining procedures across the Kingdom.

The current phase also includes the beginning of registration procedures in several districts across Madinah Region, including parts of Al Rayah, Al Ghabah, Al Shuraibat, Al Hadiqah, Al Ranuna, and Al Jabirah neighborhoods, alongside other designated locations included within the new rollout plan.

Real Estate General Authority confirmed that the selected districts were chosen according to specific technical and regulatory criteria, adding that additional phases covering more regions and governorates across the Kingdom will be announced gradually in the coming months.

The authority further explained that first-time property registration will be available through the electronic Real Estate Registry platform as well as designated service centers, provided that owners possess valid ownership deeds that meet all legal and regulatory requirements.

Property owners in the targeted areas were encouraged to verify the readiness of their title deeds and complete all required procedures ahead of the registration launch date. Support and inquiries will also be available through official platforms and the unified customer service number 199002.

The authority added that every registered property will receive a unique “Property Number” along with an official ownership registration deed containing detailed property information, descriptions, rights, and obligations, contributing to improved real estate data accuracy and long-term sector sustainability across the Kingdom.
