Rechitta, an intelligent property communication platform launched in Dubai, enables developers and brokers to manage global buyer demand more efficiently and accurately.

DUBAI: A new AI real estate communication platform called Rechitta has officially launched in Dubai, aiming to transform how developers, brokers and buyers interact across global property markets. The company introduced the system during what it described as its first and last in-person press briefing held at Salvaje Dubai on 19 May.

Designed as an intelligent communication layer, Rechitta enables developers and brokers to respond instantly to buyer enquiries on pricing, inventory, payment plans, amenities and project updates. The system operates using verified developer data to improve transparency, reduce delays and minimise errors caused by fragmented communication channels.

According to the founders, the platform can help developers reach up to 20 times more brokers while improving response speed and consistency across international markets. The company said the system also provides developers with real-time insights into investor interests, pricing expectations and emerging demand trends.

Ashirwad Somani, co-founder of the platform, said Dubai’s fast-growing property market requires smarter infrastructure capable of handling rising global demand more efficiently. He explained that the platform was created to improve responsiveness, consistency and transparency without compromising information accuracy.

Co-founder Aryaman Maheshwari added that every interaction through the platform generates valuable market intelligence, helping developers and brokers better understand buyer behaviour and investment preferences in real time.

The founders also stressed that the system is designed to support brokers rather than replace them by helping teams manage enquiries more efficiently across different time zones and markets.

Atiksh Mittal, co-founder of Rechitta, said one of the biggest challenges facing developers today is managing global buyer demand accurately across multiple markets and broker networks. He explained that the platform was designed as a controlled communication layer where verified information can be distributed instantly and consistently worldwide.

“The launch event was an incredible experience to bring Rechitta to life in front of a live audience, and it carries a special meaning for us as both the first and last in-person briefing we will ever host. It was great to see Rechitta doing what it was built for, connecting, responding, and engaging in real time. We’re proud and genuinely excited to now hand the reins over to Rechitta. What we’ve built is no longer something that lives in a room or an event, it’s a living system that responds, learns, and engages continuously in real time,” he added.

As Dubai strengthens its reputation as a global property investment hub, the platform is expected to expand beyond the UAE and build broader AI-driven infrastructure for international real estate markets.
