Let's start this story with some bad news – the production version of the Ram Dakota Nightfall Concept (depicted here), the one confirmed for South America, isn't coming to the US. Blame it on its connection with the Peugeot Landtrek, or where it will likely be sourced, but that Dakota won't get an American visa. Why? Because the US will have its own version of the Dakota that has the chops to challenge the Toyota Tacoma in the midsize pickup truck segment.
