Osimhen wants to leave Napoli and has been heavily linked with Arsenal, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and some Saudi Arabian clubs, but the 25-year-old is keen on a move to the English Premier League.
Kolo Muani joined Le Parisien from Eintracht Frankfurt at the start of last season for a fee of around €95.00m but could only find the back of the net nine times in 40 games, while his striking partner, Gonçalo Ramos, scored 14 goals in 40 games.
With Kylian Mbappe moving to Real Madrid on a free transfer, Luis Enrique wants a striker that can be a sure source of goals. As per Corriere Dello Sport, Osimhen would be perfect in the ideas of Luis Enrique and the club’s Sports Director, Luis Campos, who has known him since his teenage years.
Luis Campos was a part of the team that facilitated Osimhen’s deal from FC Charleroi to LOSC Lille in 2019 and would be pivotal in bringing the Nigerian striker to Paris if the deal materializes.
“I went to Lagos to see the Under-17 World Championship. After seeing him in one game he had convinced me: I called my CEO every night to take him, I told him that within two years he would become one of the best in Europe, but the price was too high for a seventeen-year-old and finally went to Wolfsburg. In the last twenty meters, Osimhen is like a cat when you throw a ball at him, it’s incredible, he attacks them all,” the Portuguese said in 2019

Napoli and Paris Saint Germain have a good relationship as regarding transfers, as Luis Enrique’s team have poached Ezequiel Lavezzi, Edinson Cavani and Fabian Ruiz from the Italians over the years.

A sale from Kolo Muani would make funds available for Osimhen’s move to PSG, but the former Frankfurt forward barely has any offers on the table.

In Naples, Antonio Conte is keen on bringing Lukaku to his new club, but the move won’t happen until the 2023 Serie A Champions receive funds from Victor Osimhen’s sale.
