Responsibilities of the Project Management Intern at M365Connect

• As we grow, we are looking for a Project Management Intern with knowledge of Azure Boards to join our dynamic team and help us optimize our processes.
• As a Project Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project management and contributing to the digital transformation of our processes.
• You will work closely with the team to manage tasks, track project progress, and ensure seamless coordination across multiple initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the management of projects using Azure Boards to track tasks, sprints, and timelines.
• Collaborating with different teams to monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
• Supporting the organization and prioritization of tasks within Azure Boards, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
• Helping optimize project workflows and automating processes where possible to improve efficiency.
• Preparing project reports and helping with the analysis of project performance metrics.
• Assisting in the development and execution of project management best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Azure Boards and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and an eagerness to work with cutting-edge technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive communicator, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the IT industry and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with project management tools, preferably Azure Boards or other Microsoft project management software.
• Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment or interest in working within a fast-paced, growing company.
• A basic understanding of IT staffing, recruitment, or HR processes.
