Praying and Doors Opening by Faith — Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere

Executive, the Scripture says in Matthew 7 vs. 7–8, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”

Executive, the Scripture says in Matthew 7 vs. 7–8, “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.” This is heaven’s assurance: whenever we lift our hearts in prayer, doors are designed to open.

But Jesus didn’t stop there. In Mark 11 vs. 24, He revealed the true key that unlocks those doors: “What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Executive, prayer alone is not the force — it is faith-filled prayer that shifts heaven and causes doors to open on earth.

And James makes it even sharper in James 1 vs. 6–7: “But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.” This means that doubt cancels the power of prayer. To pray with uncertainty is like knocking on a door with no confidence that anyone is inside. But when we pray in unwavering faith, the doors of heaven are compelled to open.

Executive, prayer without faith is just talking. But prayer with faith is a transaction with heaven. Faith is the hand that collects what grace has already provided. That is why the one who asks receives, the one who seeks finds, and the one who knocks has doors opened — not because of the volume of their prayer, but because of the conviction of their faith.

This is not only about spiritual doors but also business doors, family doors, career doors, and destiny doors. Every time you pray in faith, you are knocking on heaven’s gate, and Jesus assures us that it will open. You don’t need to beg heaven; you only need to believe.

So, Executive, let your prayers rise boldly, backed with confidence in the God who cannot lie. Stop praying as if God is reluctant, and start praying as one who knows that the Father is eager to answer. When you ask in faith, when you knock in faith, the doors will not only open — they will stay open for you. Heaven responds to faith.
