Portable now deemed more significant than Wizkid – Dammy Krane

In a recent statement, Nigerian music star Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel, popularly known as Dammy Krane, expressed his belief that Portable holds more relevance in the music industry than Wizkid.

Sharing his thoughts on his social media platform, Dammy Krane drew a comparison between the two artists.

He highlighted that Portable has emerged as a prominent figure in today’s music landscape when contrasted with the acclaimed Grammy award-winning artist, Wizkid.

Dammy Krane also mentioned that Portable received divine intervention through a collaboration with British rapper Skepta.

It is worth noting that Portable and Skepta recently joined forces on a track called ‘Tony Montana’ earlier this month.

This song marked Portable’s first number one hit on Apple Music Nigeria since ‘Zazu.’

His exact words were, “Portable is more relevant than your favorite artist; We can delve deeper into this topic another time in the online space; Let’s simplify it for those who might not grasp it immediately – Portable holds more relevance than Wizkid; Skepta was God’s instrument in bringing this to fruition.” (sic)
