Police confirms arrest of white teenager captured on video racially abusing and assaulting a black schoolkid

The Cumbria police department has confirmed the arrest of a white teenager captured on video racially abusing and assaulting a black schoolkid.  LIB reported earlier that the white teenager continuously punched the black schoolkid, telling him to kiss his dirty boots.
