Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 Monthly.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior executives in our retail and oil & gas company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Organize meetings, events, and handle correspondence.
• Provide general administrative support, including handling expenses and documents.
• Assist with personal tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
