Among these, you can find sexual activity, heavy drinking, and smoking. I respectfully implore you to start doing these four things to increase the length of your life as soon as you turn 50:

To keep yourself from putting yourself at risk for getting diabetes, you must refrain from these behaviours. 2. Work out more frequently: You should adjust your routines according to your current strength and capability. Overworking yourself is not required to create trouble for yourself; in fact, it is not necessary.

To maintain your fitness level, you should aim to go for at least two solid runs or walks daily. Spending all your time indoors like a hermit will only lead to additional health problems.

3. Eat more fruits, vegetables, fish, and other fresh produce: An increased demand for foods that are close to their natural state becomes apparent with age. No matter what, you should never eat some foods because of the terrible impact they have on your health.
