Since I started studying biographies and histories, I have never seen when they take prime records of possessions. It is about their impacts, differences, changes and added values — to the society, community, people and connected to the world at large.

When it comes to building a company, starting a business — is it practically easy than taught in business schools and tertiary education. Executive. Building a scalable company is more easier than seeing a good paid job. That's the truth and reality. 

I recall when I said, there is nothing impossible to achieve; nothing is hard to build. We just need to get the right knowledge and right resources and the right people — to get things done. So if it is hard for you, you lack either the right knowledge or the right resources or the right people. From so far till now in 2025, there are three steps I have learnt from great founders, and concluded also in these three steps that have helped me build two companies successfully. 

Executive. There are Three Steps to Build a Company:

1. Build a Product/Service, that people want.

2. Build your company: Structure, system, hire Small team of 5 to 7 staffs, get legal rights and earning cashflow.

3. Go Professional, advance in every aspect.

You should know that, earning cashflow is the same as having Cashflow. Success does not require a four year degree. As a business man, you should be skillful in business, sales and market, finance and failure managment. A business owner is likely unto an enpreuneur.

It just come down to three simple stages to start a business/Company, Executive.

1. Build a product or Offer a service 

2. You build the company, that grows the product — hire people and so on.

3. Become kind of Professional, a little more administrative, and you hire an executive team.

Executive. If you succeed to do all that, you succeed to go back to step one.

Create a product or offer service that people want. A product that do not scale, different from your competitors. Talk to your users (existing customers and potential customers). When you create a product that people want and don't scale — your competitors will let you be, thinking you won't succeed. 2. Upgrade your knowledge in the area of your calling/endeavours.

3. Read more books, to get relevant knowledge not anyhow knowledge.

4. Attend seminars and programs.

5. Ask questions? — ask right questions.

6. Accept Criticisms and corrections.

7. Good Management

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge, not lack of money, not lack of connection. For lack of knowledge — they are destroyed. Before you conclude that something does not work, first understand how it works — knowing how that thing works can change your direction to get what you want done. Executive. You now see that building a company little by little is simple than it is taught in business schools and tertiary education. Downstream to three simple stages, that we just learn together. Executive. The scripture told me, can an man set to build a tower, not sit down and plan his construction to see if he can start and finish it, even strengthen it. 

So sit down, plan your product or service first; then follow due process, little by little — your company will be a great company that someone will talk about in the next ten years. Generally we can put them into: Product and Team

3. Hire an executive team — running really well.
