NIRSAL Microfinance Bank (NMFB) has issued a stern warning to applicants participating in various government schemes administered by the bank. NMFB, a licensed financial institution regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), provides and disburses loans for diverse purposes in Nigeria. If you are an applicant for NIRSAL Microfinance Bank loans, it is crucial to carefully read and understand this announcement.

 

The bank has explicitly cautioned applicants against making any payments to facilitate loan processing, emphasizing that it will never demand any payment from applicants to access its financial services. This advisory was communicated through a circular posted on the bank’s official Twitter page. The statement reads:
