Nigerians Are Dragging Davido Over His Uncle, Gov Adeleke's Support For Tinubu's Re-election

Social media is on fire! Nigerians are dragging Davido into the political conversation after his uncle, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, reportedly endorsed President Bola Tinubu for a second term.

Amid the reactions, some Nigerians have dug up an old tweet by Davido in which he reportedly described anyone in Osun State supporting the APC as an “enemy of progress.” Now, that old statement is making the rounds again, with many questioning the singer’s political stance following his uncle’s latest move.

While some people are calling out Davido over the apparent political contrast, others argue that family members are entitled to their own political choices and that the singer should not be held responsible for his uncle’s decisions.

One thing is certain: Nigerian politics and celebrity drama are never short of surprises!
