Cameroon is known and Celebrated as a Makossa nation . Afrobeats might be reigning now but years ago Nigerians were crazy over Makossa Mr Ibu and many comedians danced to it in their movies . Tekno in his song “ Wash” glorified Makossa . 

We honestly think Cameroonian artistes of this generation need to revive this beautiful genre of music .
