Mercedes-Benz continues to face an uphill battle in the US electric vehicle market, where demand for its premium EV lineup has lagged behind expectations. Despite the automaker’s strong reputation for luxury and engineering, models like the EQE and EQS have struggled to gain traction amid growing competition from pure EV brands like Tesla and Lucid, as well as a flood of more affordable EVs from mainstream brands.
