MEET DAUGHTER OF A MAD WOMAN RESCUED BY OPM FROM A DUSTBIN IN PORT HARCOURT, SHE'S ALL GROWN UP

I was just reliable informed now that the little girl that was posted on OPM Facebook page that was laughing through out is the daughter of the mad woman that was rescued by OPM from a dustbin in port harcourt. Chieeee.

she was almost dead when she was rescued by OPM.

No wonder she was just full of smile through out.

I know some people may question why could not recognize her.

There more than 300 children under my custody. Some of them, no father or mother even no single relatives.

I fed, cloth, send to school, have to even buy a very luscious bus to conven them school every morning.

It’s totally impossible to be able to recognize all them.
