Maryland Man Arrested After Disguising as a Woman to Secretly Record Females in Bathrooms

A 44-year-old Maryland man, identified as Tshikundi Taty, has been arrested after he was caught disguising himself as a woman to secretly record women while they were bathing and changing in public restrooms and locker rooms.

According to reports, Taty had been posing as a woman to gain access to female bathrooms and locker rooms, where he allegedly filmed unsuspecting women. After recording, he would remove his disguise before leaving the premises in an attempt to conceal his identity.

Authorities said the suspect was tracked down on Wednesday after officers followed him to a Planet Fitness gym in White Oak, Maryland.
He was caught inside the women’s locker room dressed as a woman when officers intervened.

Police confirmed that Taty has been charged with multiple counts of “peeping tom” offenses and other related crimes.
