Marina Shafir knocked out Timeless Toni Storm, then I think a throuple became official

Since their Mixed Nuts Mayhem team-up at AEW’s Worlds End PPV, there’s been a connection between Orange Cassidy and Timeless Toni Storm. That pulled them together after another confrontation with Death Riders on the Jan. 7 Dynamite.

Storm faced Marina Shafir on the show from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Things initially weren’t going the Timeless One’s way…

… but she managed to fire up and come back. That comeback was marred when Wheeler Yuta pulled referee Paul Turner out of the ring to save Shafir from Toni’s big package, but Storm still got the win. Then she got knocked out by The Problem, and when her Timeless Love Bombs partner Mina Shirakawa tried to make the save, she got knocked out, too.

Shafir and her goons Yuta and Daniel Garcia were circling Storm’s faithful butler Luther when The Conglomeration’s Roderick Strong (Shafir’s real life husband… awkward!) hit the ring, with OC strolling behind. Once the Riders cleared out, Cassidy helped Storm up. She spun into her arms, as they’ve been doing during their team-ups the past few weeks. He also helped Shirakawa up, who initially seemed unhappy to be sharing her partner… but gave a little nod and smile as the segment ended.

My insecure ass couldn’t handle polyamory, but these three definitely seem cut out for it. Hell, I’m not even sure Orange is that excited. He’s not removing himself from the situation though, so… we’ll see where things go for AEW’s new throuple.
