Police in Oklahoma has arrested a man with a lengthy rap sheet for interfering with official process and obstruction. Harrah Police Department on Tuesday, March 25, 2026, arrested Joe Green, who is currently being held in the Oklahoma County Detention Center. In Green's mugshot, the words "f** the police" can be seen written across his forehead in the form of a tattoo. According to the police, Green has been in and out of prison in Oklahoma since 1999.
