In a country where political leaders are highly influential figures, most of them have prestigious lifestyles that reflect their status.

Among the top leaders in the country is the National Assembly Speaker, Moses Wetangula, who previously served as a Senator for 10 years. For Wetangula, he has kept his lifestyle quite private, but as his influence in the country has grown, some of his assets have been revealed to the public domain.

One of his latest residences is in Kabuchai, Bungoma County, which, although in a rural setting, has a palatial and modern look.

In this segment, Times Digital Kenya takes a look at Wetangula’s luxurious house, which has drawn public attention in the past few weeks.

New Residence in Kabuchai

Having been in the political scene for several decades, Moses Wetangula undoubtedly owns beautiful homes, with the latest inclusion being the Kabuchai residence.

Wetangula officially unveiled it during a gathering of Bukusu elders. The event was attended by Bungoma Governor Kenneth Lusaka, among other leaders.

The luxurious house, which is in Bungoma County, contrasts with the rural backdrop with its unique and palatial design that makes it stand out.

With its pearl-white walls and grey roof, Wetangula’s home resembles a State House. Within the compound, a newly laid tarmac road leads to the main gate. For security purposes, the home features a stone perimeter wall.
