Junior Pope: Police Recover Bodies Of Makeup Artist, Cameraman And Soundman From Boat Mishap

The Marine Police of Anambra State Command has recovered bodies of the three remaining victims of the unfortunate boat accident involving a movie cast,”

“Two of the bodies were recovered yesterday 11th April, 2024 while the last was washed in by the tide this morning”, a statement from the police reads.

The bodies have been deposited at a morgue in Asaba, Delta State.

The bodies recovered are reported to be of the crew cameraman, soundman and makeup artist.

Recall that filmmaker Stanley Ontop has earlier said two bodies involved in the boat crash that claimed the life of famous actor, Junior Pope was recovered.

Ontop revealed the corpses of the make-up artist and the light/camera assistant have been found.

He However said the Sound guy’s body is still missing.

He wrote: “Two bodies have been found. The makeup Artist and the light/ camera assistant.
Remaining the sound guy. This is a great lost for Nollywood.”
