Jey Uso says he’ll run it back on Jesus

Jey Uso made an electric entrance Monday on Raw as he came out to confront LA Knight. After his music cut and he had stopped yeeting, fans inside Paris’ Accor Arena kept chanting for “Main Event” Jey to run it back.

As Uso looked around, he appeared to say to Knight, “I have to,” before calling for his music and running it back. While the moment appeared dismissive of Knight, it was simply another day at the office for Uso, regardless of who was in the ring.

“I’ll still run it back if Jesus was standing in the ring,” Uso wrote Tuesday on Instagram.

Considering that Christ’s followers have been waiting on the Second Coming for close to 2,000 years, it seems only fair that the Son of God should have to wait on Uso and his disciples.

But Knight wasn’t as forgiving as the Lord, cutting Uso off just as things were getting good. After disrespecting Uso’s family, Knight was fixing to catch a beating from the “Yeet Man” until Jimmy Uso arrived and backed his brother off.

Uso and Knight meet again this Friday on SmackDown in a first-round Fatal 4-Way match in the King of the Ring tournament. Joining them will be Finn Bálor and Royce Keys. While the matchup won’t be of biblical proportions, the winner will move one step closer to becoming King and earning a world title match at SummerSlam.
