Iyo Sky, Jey Uso qualify for Money in the Bank ladder matches

They both won a triple threat match on Raw this week to qualify.

We’re already just under three weeks out from the Money in the Bank premium live event scheduled for Sat., July 6, 2024, at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. That means WWE had to waste no time following Clash at the Castle to get qualifying matches for the Money in the Bank ladder matches underway.

Sure enough, this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw featured two triple threat matches, one in the men’s division and one in the women’s division, with a spot in the big match on the line.

First, Iyo Sky pinned Kiana James after the moonsault to advance, something made possible in part because Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan hit the scene to distract Zelina Vega. Sky took advantage and will look to repeat as Ms. Money in the Bank.

Later, Jey Uso outlasted Rey Mysterio and overcame interference from The Judgment Day to put Finn Balor down for the count. He becomes the first of six to qualify for the men’s match.
