It Has Gotten to a Point I Have to Take Legal Action – Man Cries Out After Claiming His Ex-Wife Used His Name as Guarantor for a Loan He Knew Nothing About

A man has taken to social media to express his frustration after discovering that his ex-wife allegedly listed him as a guarantor for a loan without his knowledge or consent.

According to him, he has been receiving repeated phone calls and threats from the loan company over the unpaid debt, a situation he described as both stressful and embarrassing.

Sharing his experience, he said:

“When I politely asked who used my name as guarantor, they mentioned my ex-wife’s name.

“This is the point where I have to take legal action because this embarrassment is getting too much.

“If she eventually goes and causes trouble somewhere, it’s the same way they will mention my name and I’ll be put inside trouble.

“I think it’s time I take legal action in two ways — one against her, two against those people that borrowed her money because I don’t know why I’ll be dragged into this.”

The man maintained that he was never informed about the loan and did not authorize anyone to use his details as a guarantor.
