INGREDIENTS OF HEALTHY FRUIT JUICE

INGREDIENTS;

1 cup pomegranate seeds

1 orange

1 cup grapefruit

1 mango

2 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon honey

2 sprigs mint leaves

1/2 cup water

HOW TO MAKE HEALTHY FRUIT JUICE

Step 1 / 3 Wash, Peel & Chop The Fruits

To prepare this healthy fruit juice, wash all the fruits properly and peel and chop them if required.

Step 2 / 3 Blend The Fruits With Water, Ice Cubes, Lemon Juice & Honey. 

Add them to a food processor with water, lemon juice, ice cubes and honey and blend them together.

Step 3 / 3 Strain Homemade Fruit Juice Into Glasses!

Then, pour the juice into a chilled glass using a strainer to remove the pulp. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.

TIPS

You can use any combination of fruits and berries you like.

If you do not prefer a cold fruit juice, you can skip the ice cubes or add them later.

You can also refrigerate the juice for 15-20 minutes but do not keep it overnight.
