Indian startups raised over $429 million from Jan 19 to Jan 24, 2026; Shadowfax tops the list

Between January 19 and January 24, 2026, as many as 39 Indian startups from diverse sectors raised over $429 million in funding from investors. These sectors include Wellness, Deeptech, Logistics, Healthcare, EV, AI, Semiconductor, Lending, Cleantech, Climatetech, Sportstech, Traveltech, Fintech, and D2C. High-value deals

A diverse range of sectors attracted investments during the week, with the Logistics sector leading the pack. Leading this sector was Shadowfax, which raised $93.37 million from anchor investors. AI startup Emergent raised $70 million.

The list was followed by Fintech startup Juspay, NBFC firm Namdev Finvest, and Warehouse automation startup Unbox Robotics, which collectively raised $115 million.

Social Network startup Culture raised $210,000 in a Seed round, Wealthtech startup AssetPlus raised $19.3 million, Beverages startup 33&rew raised $2.2 million in a Series A round, Deeptech startup Raana Semiconductors raised $3 million in a Seed round, Healthcare startup Pinky Promise raised $1 million in a pre-Seed round, EV startup Chargeup raised $2.4 million, Home improvement brand Lorazzo raised $540,000 in a Seed round, EV startup Meine Electric raised $750,000 in a pre-Seed round, Semiconductor startup Sensesemi Technologies raised $2.75 million in a Seed round, For Real raised $350,000 in a pre-Seed round, Intellend raised $1.2 million in a Seed round, Edtech startup MU20 raised $500,000 in a pre-Seed round, and Wellness startup Dhun Wellness raised $4 million.

Materials science startup Zerocircle raised $540,000 in a pre-Series A round, Climatetech startup Brisil Technologies raised $320,000 in a pre-Seed round, Grest raised $1.74 million in a growth round, Cleantech startup Enerzolve raised $5.1 million in a Seed round, Sportstech startup StepOut raised $1.5 million in a pre-Series A round, Arthum raised $1.1 million in a Seed round, Kitchenware startup Cumin Co. raised $5 million in a pre-Series A round, Wellness startup Care Dale raised $160,000 in a pre-Seed round, AI startup Bolna raised $6.3 million in a Seed round, Arkahub raised $2 million in a Seed round, AI startup Ringg AI raised $5.5 million in a Series A round, Health-first food startup Troovy raised $5 million in a Series A round, and AI startup FireAI raised $800,000 in a Seed round.

Traveltech startup WanderOn raised $5.89 million in a Series A round, Healthtech startup SuperLining raised $2 million, D2C startup Salty raised $3.25 million, Electronics startup Optimist raised $12 million in a Seed round, Luggage brand Escape Plan raised $25 million in a Series A round, Aerem Solutions raised $15 million in a pre-Series B round, and Manufacturing startup Whizzo raised $15 million in a Series A round.

Meanwhile, Haircare brand 3TENX kept the funding figures under wraps.

Mergers & acquisitions

The period also witnessed strategic mergers and acquisitions. Pine labs owned-Setu will increase its stake in Agya Technologies and care.fi acquired Aldun.
