No career person achieve anything great. A great person does not have a career, he have a mission to achieve the lay down vision. 

A man with a mission and having a destination in vision, do not stop on to carry a passerby. He only stop on to carry someone that will give him clearer directions, in getting to his destination he visioned.

No great man stop on to pick random person, to carry passerby. Great men carry those that adds values, those that give them clearer directions in getting to their vision.

If you want to be great person, don't be a career person; be a person with a mission, to bring to reality the lay down vision.

You can be an engineer, don't play with the rules; break the engineering rules, make ground breaking breakthroughs — be an engineer with a mission, be different.

You can be a teacher, don't play with the rules; break the traditional teaching rules, make ground breaking breakthroughs — be a teacher with a mission, be different.

You can be a business owner, don't play with the rules; break the business rules, make ground breaking breakthroughs — be a business owner with a mission, be different.

You can be a blogger, don't play with the rules; break the blogging rules, make ground breaking breakthroughs — be a blogger with a mission, be different.

Let the world call you crazy, let your friends tag you, idiot — be a mad person, because it is only mad people that achieve what's in their minds, without looking at anyone.

That's good reason, you should be mad with your vision, and flexible with the details — flexible with your movements; don't jump, enjoy the process. Appreciate every moment, learn from your failures, and record your success.

If you really want to be successful in life, be like the mad person in the street — those that are mentally mad. But what difference between you and them; you are in a mission to achieve your vision — they are mentally mad, not knowing what they are doing.

You have to be like them, so no one can stop you — because no body stops a mad man. The mad man and mad woman, does not rest until they have done what is in their hearts.
