You need knowledge, wisdom, understanding heart, leadership spirit, patience, faith, hard-working spirit, dedication, humility, honesty, positive energy, critical thinking ability, planning not assumption, and most importantly an undying source — which is Adonay.

You can never be successful without these, in business. When starting a business do not place high expectation on it, else you will be disappointed. Do not target to succeed in months, — fix years because failures must be encountered.

Start alone, if you want to scale up then hire a team, that is the way to grow. When hiring a person; do not ask about his qualifications and certificates or experiences. Tell him, “This is what I want done”, can you do it — if he has the ability, then hire him.

If you can't work with a person, if he is your boss, then do not hire him — do not work with him.

Additionally; do not focus on age, certificate and experience — when hiring. Focus on ability, courage and excitement — when hiring. A happy staffs lead to more profitable outcomes. Take care of your employees.

Follow this numbering system, satisfy them, you will never lack the ability to create and keep customers day to day.
