The man who was sh*t during a confrontation with ICE agents in Minneapolis has been identified as Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse.

Videos circulating online show the moments leading up to the incident. In the footage, Alex is seen holding his phone against his chest while recording ICE agents who appeared to be confronting him.

Shortly after, he was tackled to the ground. Witnesses said ICE agents opened fire during the struggle, and Alex’s gun was removed. At least ten gunshots could be heard in the video.

Following the shooting, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz revealed that he has appealed to former President Donald Trump, urging an end to immigration enforcement operations in the state.
