We are going to cook a soup using BISCUITS, replacing EGUSI (grinded melon seed).
Ingredients:
✍️ Snails or Meats
✍️ Fish(es)
✍️ Biscuits (cabin)
✍️ 5ml of Palm oil
✍️ Grinded Fresh Pepper, Salt, 2 cube of seasoning flavor (Maggi), chopped onions.
✍️ Cray Fish
✍️ Pot of water

Procedures:
1. Light up the stove or gas cooker
2. Put a pot of water on the fire to heat
3. Grind the cabin biscuits
4. Put your snails/meats, fishes, pepper, salt, onions, seasoning cube, palm oil, cray fish.
5. Let it boil for some minutes
6. Then add your biscuits, mix properly.
7. Let it boil for some minutes.
8. Serve hot with baked garri
