We are going to cook a soup using GARRI, replacing EGUSI (grinded melon seed) & OGBONLOR.
Ingredients:
✍️ Snails or Meats
✍️ Fish(es)
✍️ Vegetables
✍️ Filtered unbaked garri (small quantity)
✍️ 10ml of Palm oil
✍️ Grinded Fresh Pepper, Salt, 2 cube of seasoning flavor (Maggi), chopped onions.
✍️ Cray Fish
✍️ Pot of water

Procedures: 
1. Light up the stove or gas cooker
2. Put a pot of water on the fire to heat
3. Add your palm oil.
4. Put your meats/snails, fishes, pepper, salt, onions, seasoning cube, cray fish.
5. Let it boil for some minutes
6. Then add your garri, mix properly carefully.
7. Let it boil for some minutes.
8.  Add your vegetables, mix properly.
9. Serve hot with baked garri
