Requirements:
✍️ 250g flour
✍️ 2-3 table spoon of milk
✍️  1-2 eggs
✍️ 100-125 sugar
✍️ 1/2 teaspoon of mixed spices (grind ginder)
✍️ 100-125g fat
✍️ 100g currants
✍️ 30g candied peel

To Prepare:
1. Sieve flour with baking powder and slat, in a bowl.
2. Rub fat lightly into flour with the fingertips until the mixture looks like fine bread crumbs or fine garri. Lift the flour high in the bowl while rubbing to entrap more air.
3. Stir in the baking powder and sugar.
4. Beat egg and use to bind mixture to a stiff consistency. Add milk to a soft consistency as required.
5. Bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes.
