HOW TO GET PROMOTED AND NOT BE REPLACED BY AI IN YOUR WORKPLACE — DIDI-OMAH AUGUSTINE CHINAZAEKPERE

No one get promotion by what he has, but by what he adds. Your values is in what you give — your worth is not in what you have, but what you adds. 

AI is replacing human in companies, you can still not be replaced. Have soft skills, knowledge, wisdom, understanding heart and be value added. 

Get more insights, study more to build yourself — be creative in thinking, be a problem solver — focus on adding values, and not on your paycheck. Promotion cometh from the lord, but you must add undeniable value.

Joseph was promoted from prison to palace in Genesis 41, the Chief butler remembered Joseph, and told Pharaoh about Joseph in Genesis 41 vs. 9. 

That takes me back to Joseph's value to the Chief butler and Chief baker in Genesis 40, while in prison. 

Daniel, in the book of Daniel of the Bible, also got promoted because of his values — that is his worth. Your worth is in what you adds. Daniel excels in Babylon, became governor like Joseph in Egypt. Daniel holds that position for the reigned of many kings of Babylon.

Focus on solving pressing problems in your company, society, people's lives — help your government to solve problem, be people focused — be value added. 

Love to tell you this; help your government, give to your government of your territory — for you to enjoy executive rights and favours from the government.

Abraham help the kingdom of Sodom to fight, and which is wisdom, his efforts pays, the king of Sodom met with Abraham (Genesis 14). Here is another, Abraham gave gifts and resources to sign agreement with King Abimelech (Genesis 21 vs. 22—34).

Learn from the ancient paths that make others great, follow therein — you will be great. Enjoy the process, don't jump.

I quote this: Great people are those that are simple and do the complex boring tasks — that majority avoid or are ignorant of. These what makes them great!

Know this today,

You are not being paid for what you know and acquiring skills — you are being paid for implementing, solving problem, with what you have and know.

For you to get promoted, be relevant and not be replaced by AI in your workplace. Many workers are losing their jobs globally to machines. For difference to be between you and others — have soft skills, knowledge, wisdom, understanding heart and be value added.
