One thing to get followers to know you is teaching the truth, speaking with integrity, and selling life applicable knowledge. Having followers is not an easy tasks but when structured well, the followers flow in without your manual effort. As a business that wants to have followers on social media, the first thing to address is your purpose, present your true image to the public.

Executive, at first, no one will reacts, no one will comment — I am talking about gaining followers on social media. Everyday show up with true knowledge about your field, addressing issues in the society. When need comes up, show up with solutions possible according to your path. Not every need that come, deserved your movements. Because there is a need does mean there is call — for you there.

Followers are people drawn by your works, teachings, and values you rendered. No one gets followers by just doing nothing. In the real sense, businesses must offer value, good works to the society, and spread true knowledge and love — and you will see the universe following you. You must present your image, share your purpose — before venturing into these acts. Because when your image is seen, your purpose is known — visibility and profitability become a gain without much efforts.

To draw followers to you without stress, you must frist fix yourself rightly. When you fix the man, the nation will fix itself. That is to say, when your fix your image, the people will come automatically, little by little, till it becomes nations. You don't need to be stressing yourself out. What is the image of this company, what is the purpose of this company, what values are we offering, who are our idea customers.

When these questions are rightly answered, the people will not be a problem because both those that are your customers and not, have zero choice not to follow you. I just want to be here, I feel relaxed here, I feel at home here. Because they have seen the image of the company, they understand the purpose of the company, they are benefiting from the presence of the company.

Followers are only permitted to leaders. Until your company stand as a leader in its marketplace, you will never have followers. Even from the knowledge of the truth, Jesus Christ gain followers when He followed His purpose, show His image, and deliver values — to the lives of people. People don't follow who they don't know; Executive, and when the people had knowledge of Jesus Christ — the multitude followed Him, that's what the Word said. So it is those that the people have knowledge of, that gain followers.

Do people know your business? How often do you share your purpose to the world? Do your business have an image that people can see? What values are you offering?, I must tell you the truth: values without shown get nowhere. Like you have values, and no one knows it, no one has seen it, no one has experienced it — you are definitely getting to zero height. Is not about let us have followers.

I am not after social media followers, I want to be a man that people follows naturally everywhere for values, impacts, and great leadership. Because having thousands of followers on social media, and your business is dying — then you have ghosts following you online. You just need active and responsible one thousand people to become millionaire. And when this active and responsible one thousand people keep following and buying from you, overtime, you will become a billionaire. 

Just one thousand people, not the whole world. Same to Christianity, when you win one thousand souls to Heaven, you are worth high value in the Heaven. For just one person, Heaven rejoices — talk more of one thousand people that genuinely repent and follow Jesus Christ and live by the Word and by the Spirit. So gaining followers is based on values, being known, being seen, and being understood by the people. It is when a business is giving generously, the universe will generously give back to that business. That is to say, when you give generously, the universe will give to you generously. 

Some will simply say, give money to get attention. I advised we ought to give values, undeniable values, excellence offers — then you will get attention. Giving just money might get you attention without being refilled. When you want to get refillable as a business, give money to good works — attention will come with refilling. And then will we have a balance cause.
