“How To Be At The Top Without Struggling In Life” — Didi-Omah Augustine Chinazaekpere

You are to own a supermarket and did not sit down to craft out the way the supermarket will be, the number of staffs needed, the types of products to purchase at beginning, the partners to collaborate with, the amount of salaries to offer at it opening, the operating cost, money to reserve, etc. 

Executive. I will say that most people don't sit down and plan deep. Because you are good at sewing, you purchase two sewing machines, set up a small shop along the street or roadside. Design a banner, purchase three or four different fashion designs magazines. Then you contact people you know that you are into sewing. Do you know what they will become? These set of people are those that are into the fashion industry struggling for living.

It is not a curse. It is ignorance. Because you can preach, you set up a room for a church, you design banner. Wait! It may be your calling, but you must seek proper knowledge and God's Word before embarking on your ministry. And see, they will stay up to ten years in churching and still struggling. Sorry for pointing to church, I am a Christian.

Executive. Back to the talk; because you are good at writing, you set up a simple blog using blogspot, and posting regularly — you are playing. If you set to make money from blogging: you will have to learn a lot more than just writing, for you to earn massively from your efforts. I see many people struggling around, and saying Nigeria is not helping. I believe that my prosperity is in me, not in any territory, but in me. 

If you are a Christian; you will agree with me that Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Daniel — these men prospers in every country they entered. Now, who to blame for your poverty? No one to blame, you are seventy percent responsible for the outcome of your life, ministry, business and family. Your prosperity is not in any country but in you. 

Executive. I never started any business without studying a lot around it, did proper researches: study those that have ventured into it, take biographies of more than seven persons and organisations and companies and businesses that are into that field. To know their foundations, their patterns, their strategies, their partners, their systems, their relationship with government, their public relations, their financial governance, their financial powers, their backings, their founders' lives, their corporate government, their staffs, etc. Before I venture into it. Some I studied but did not venture into that field, but I used the knowledge gotten from them, to build my own field of play.

 I started blogging at sixteen years old before then, I was writing stories and love learning and writing more. I was studying and learning and into blogging at sixteen — you can tag it for fun, but I was learning a lot on blogging and monetisation. At eighteen years old in 2020; I started blogging professional. I never ventured into blogging as an amateur, I ventured as a man that has been into blogging for more than twenty years. At nineteen years old the following year, I started earning money from blogging and purchased my first stock from MTN Nigeria. Why? Knowledge based approach.

Executive. Stop playing around, start trading to be successful. You have a vision, but you are busying about. If you are working for someone, why not aim to be a rich employee justly? None of my staffs are poor. It is not because they are earning weekly nor because: doacweb.com, doacInvest.org, or Et Cetera (Real Estate) Company, are global and recording massive progress every seconds of the year. It is because we have transform their mindset to see themselves as millionaires and billionaires while working with us. They don't work for us, they work with us!

I am twenty three years old now, but have achieved more than my age; thanks to God. Praised be to Adonay for his favour and wisdom. Glory to Jesus Christ my Lord. Now! Executive. Sit up, I hate poverty and that is why I fight it. I don't cope with failure, I fight it. We purchased the domain "doacWeb" in February 2024, now it is over 180 territories and countries as we are talking. Who is that? A man with a zeal for excellence.

Go for knowledge, have right approach to work, and see money as a tool to be wealthy not all you need to be better. Executive. Get financial knowledge, research more in your field. Consider multiple income streams, do not rely on a single source of income. Invest in stocks or create a cash-flowing assets. I corporately own three companies and personal own nothing, I currently have investment in Access Bank Plc, Dangote Cement Plc, BUA Cement Plc. I once had more than these mentioned, I sold them to stay alive in financial state. 

Invest in yourself: acquire valuable skills, learn continuously — read about successful millionaires and billionaires to learn from their strategies and mistakes, have right connections. Save money, start individual retirement account for yourself, pay off your debts — because you can't go financially ahead with debts. Executive. See you at the top!
