Pain can be eased when we share our feelings with others, but if we are unheard, it often worsens the pain.

When we get emotionally wounded, our heart becomes very heavy. Many thoughts and questions run through our minds. If someone is there to listen to us, we are able to release our emotions and feel light. But when our feelings get disregarded, we keep them in our hearts, slowly damaging us from within. 

Don't carry resentment in your heart. Try to speak to your family or friends. If you feel there is no one, use silence to pray and meditate and heal yourself with your own love.
