Giving up doesn't always mean that one has surrendered or admitted defeat, but one has tried enough and doesn't see any worth in continuing.  

HOW DO WE ENCOURAGE OURSELVES TO CONTINUE WHEN WE ARE ON THE VERGE OF GIVING UP?

Giving up doesn't always mean that one has surrendered or admitted defeat, but one has tried enough and doesn't see any worth in continuing.  

Whether it is a relationship or a goal, we all want the best outcome. Sometimes trying to achieve this outcome drains us of our energy, and we feel too tired to continue and too hopeless to make another move. At this time, if we rest our minds, rethink and reestablish how we can do things better, we can still have a favourable outcome. 

Whenever you feel like giving up, slow down, put your mind to something that interests you, socialise and communicate with your close ones. Rest replenishes energy, socialisation opens the mind, and positive communication provides encouragement to continue.
