Groom Dies of Heart Attack While Dancing with Bride

A wedding celebration turned into heartbreak after a groom, identified as Ashraf Abu Hakam, tragically collapsed and died while dancing with his bride.

A viral video shows the joyful moment Ashraf was holding his bride’s hand, performing a traditional Saidi dance. He waved a Saidi stick while his bride carried a matching pole—props commonly used in Egyptian folklore dances performed at weddings and special occasions.

Just moments later, the joyous dance turned tragic. Ashraf suddenly slumped to the ground, leaving guests in shock. Attendees rushed to help and quickly tried to revive him before he was taken to a hospital. Sadly, doctors confirmed he had died of a heart attack.
