Great power bring great responsibilities. If you want great power, take great responsibilities.

The more position you hold, the more tasks to handle. The higher you go, the heavier the loads.

You can not be running away from the inputs and expect huge output. Every gaint have great tasks ahead of him, that's why gaint don't walk, they jump or leap.

Know this, people don't pay you for the hard work you put in, they don't care how you do it — people pay you for the results. So if you want to be great, double your responsibilities, delegate rightly, and deliver transforming results.

Hard work is good, smart work is better — delivery result is best!

You do watch superhero movies, the people hail them because when the vilians attacks, these heroes show up, and deliver results, that save the city — according to the story.

You want to be a leader, take responsibilities — you want to be great in your field, take responsibilities. You are responsible for the outcomes of your life — no one to be blame — blame nobody.
