Golden Eaglets captain Simon Cletus tonight bagged his second official Man of the Match Award after he led Nigeria to a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Niger.

He was also named the best player by the organisers when Burkina Faso held Nigeria to a scoreless draw in the opening Group B clash.

The Mavlon FC attacking midfielder again showed his class tonight against a Niger side, who gave everything to get a result against their more illustrious neigbours.
