Ghanaian dancers made their mark on the international stage during the opening ceremony of the 2025 FIFA Arab Cup in Qatar.

Among the talented cast were IllyBoy, Laladzy, and DWP’s Racheal, all of whom expressed excitement about representing the country at such a prestigious event.

Sharing her experience on Instagram, Racheal wrote: “Someone pinch meeeee . This feeling is surreal . Right from tour we came straight to this project THE FIFA ARAB CUP 2025 . All I can say is GOD IS GOOD . Alhamdulillah! ONE FOR THE BOOKS … A very big thank you to @mjemjay and @karinapalma for putting us on for this project and believing in us. And to everyone who was on this project, YOU ARE AMAZING .” she wrote

The 2025 FIFA Arab Cup will run from December 1 to 18, 2025, featuring 16 national teams from across the Arab world. Matches will take place in six major stadiums, including several venues used during the 2022 World Cup, with the tournament culminating in a final at the iconic Lusail Stadium.
