Gemini 3 Pro and Nano Banana Pro Daily Limits (Free)

A few weeks ago, Google launched its Gemini 3 Pro model along with the new Nano Banana Pro image generator. The combination of Gemini 3 Pro and Nano Banana Pro is impressive – it can create highly realistic images with sharp details and accurate visual quality.

The tool quickly gained a lot of attention, and its sudden popularity put a strain on Google’s Servers. As a result, Google decided to reduce the usage limits for both Gemini 3 and Nano Banana Pro.

New Usage Limits for Gemini 3 Pro and Nano Banana Pro

A few days ago, Google updated the access limits. When Google launched Gemini 3 Pro, it allowed free users up to five prompts per day. However, now the company has cut the image generation limit for the Nano Banana Pro.

The new limits allow you to generate only 2 images per day with the Nano Banana Pro and basic access for Gemini 3 Pro.

Another important thing to note is that when Gemini 3 Pro launched last week, its support page stated that free users could make ‘up to 5 prompts per day’ and generate three images through Nano Bana Pro.

That same page doesn’t list any specific numbers now. Instead, it just says free access comes with ‘daily limits [that] may change frequently’

Google additionally mentions that image generation & editing are in high demand. So, the Limits may change frequently and will reset daily.
