FULOKOJA Post UTME/DE Form for 2025/2026 Admission

The school just opened its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening for the 2025–2026 academic session. Step-by-Step: What to Do

1. Upload your O’level results on the JAMB portal. If you’re still waiting for results, you can begin registration but won’t get screened until your results are uploaded.
2. Get a working email address. You’ll need it for the whole process.
3. Visit FULOKOJA’s official site
   Then go straight to the Post-UTME portal
4. Log in with your 2025 JAMB Registration Number.
5. Update your biodata and for DE applicants, your academic records too.
6. On the payment page, generate your REMITA invoice and pay the ₦2,000 screening fee online or at any bank.
7. Head to the screening page:
   • Choose your preferred course
   • Pick the five relevant O’level subjects
   • Upload your O’level exam details

Once done, your screening result shows up.

What You Need to Qualify

• At least five credit passes in relevant O’level subjects
• All credits must be in no more than two sittings
• For Health Sciences and Pharmacy, all five credits must come from one sitting
• A credit in English is required for every course

Your O’level results must be uploaded to JAMB’s portal via a JAMB office or accredited CBT centre. If you skip this, you won’t even get screened.
