‎A Nigerian woman’s 3-bedroom flat rent over six years has left netizens in disbelief.

‎Identified as @Taiwothoughts on X, (formerly Twitter), she disclosed that her landlord has never increased her rent.

‎According to the woman, she moved into the 3-bedroom flat in 2020 and has been paying ₦250,000 yearly till date.

‎Meanwhile, the flat is fully tiled, has running water, and all its amenities are functional.

In conclusion, she disclosed that similar houses in her area go for ₦1.2 million yearly and inquired from netizens about their rent.

However, in the now-viral tweet, the location of the 3-bedroom flat wasn’t disclosed.
