The company has now entered into definitive agreements to acquire a further 38.18% stake from the founders and certain other shareholders in tranches.

Of this, the acquisition of 24.09% has been completed. The remaining 14.09% stake is to be acquired in July 2027, subject to the terms and conditions of the agreements.

The latest 24.09% acquisition was completed through a cash consideration.

Satiya Nutraceuticals was incorporated in February 2020 and is headquartered in Mumbai. It owns The Plant Fix, or Plix, which operates across plant-based nutrition and personal care.

The acquisition forms part of Marico’s broader expansion beyond its traditional consumer goods businesses and into foods, wellness and digital-first brands.

Its portfolio includes brands such as Beardo, Just Herbs, True Elements and Plix. In 2026, Marico also acquired majority stakes in 4700BC, a premium gourmet snacking brand, and Cosmix, a digital-first functional wellness brand.
