The Five Iron Golf Business Bay venue has opened in Dubai, offering simulator golf, hospitality and year-round social entertainment experiences.

DUBAI: The new Five Iron Golf Business Bay venue has officially opened in Dubai, expanding the global indoor golf and entertainment brand’s presence in the UAE. Located at Damac Towers by Paramount near Downtown Dubai, the latest destination combines advanced golf simulator technology with hospitality, social entertainment and corporate event experiences.

Spanning around 6,500 square feet, the venue is positioned close to DIFC, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, targeting professionals, residents and visitors looking for indoor entertainment options throughout the year. The expansion comes as Dubai continues to witness growing demand for experience-led leisure concepts, particularly during the summer season.

The Five Iron Golf Business Bay location includes five Trackman-powered simulators featuring swing analysis technology and access to hundreds of international golf courses. Guests can practise, compete and play regardless of outdoor weather conditions. The venue also offers three multisport simulators with activities including football and disc golf alongside interactive group challenges.

A private simulator suite has also been introduced for corporate gatherings, client entertainment and small group events. Visitors can additionally access Callaway club fitting experiences to test golfing equipment and improve performance.

David Zabinsky, Managing Partner of Five Iron Golf UAE, said Business Bay was selected carefully due to its central location near residential communities and major office districts. He added that the venue aims to cater to Dubai’s growing after-work social and networking culture while delivering accessible golf entertainment.

The Five Iron Golf Business Bay opening follows the success of the company’s first UAE location at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, launched in 2024. The company said the new expansion supports its broader international growth strategy across major cities in the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

The venue also features a sports bar atmosphere with lounge seating, pool tables and darts, creating a hospitality-focused environment for leisure and business audiences alike.
