The unique Ferrari 250 GTO, nicknamed the Breadvan, is one of the weirdest race cars ever to hit the track. The odd moniker came from the vehicle's bizarre design that added a boxy rear section to the usually sleek machine. The wealthy Italian aristocrat Count Giovanni Volpi di Misurata commissioned a team, including Giotto Bizzarini, to create the special model. The crew aimed to achieve a more aerodynamic shape for the iconic racer.
